INOFFICIELL EUROVISION 2020. Nu på Valborgsmässoafton (torsdag den 30:e april) kl 23:59 CEST avslutas semifinalomröstningarna i vår inofficiella Eurovision-tävling. Därefter kommer vi att sammanställa era resultat med våra röster för att sedan meddela vilka 20 bidrag som tog sig vidare till finalen.

Eftersom att EBU ställde in den ordinarie Eurovision 2020 kommer vi att köra en Inofficiell Eurovision 2020. Upplägget är precis som det brukar vara i Eurovision med två semifinaler och en final, med skillnaden att ni läsare och vi skribenter som röstar fram vilka bidrag som ska gå till final och sedan vilket bidrag som ska vinna i finalen.
För att få till ett finalstartfält behöver vi din hjälp att välja ut finalbidragen. Fram till den 30:e april kan du därför avlägga röster i nedanstående omröstningar:
OBS! Det finns ingen geografisk blockering i omröstningarna.
Så här röstar du
I varje semifinal väljer du ut tio favoritbidrag som du tycker bäst om. Du behöver inte ranka de tio bidragen i någon särskild ordning, utan varje låt du röstar för ges 1 röst vardera.
När omröstningen är avslutad kommer vi omvandla antalet inkomna röster till poäng. Detta sker procentuellt genom att vi först delar antalet enskilda röster varje bidrag har fått med de totala antalet inkomna röster i den specifika omröstningen. Därefter multiplicerar vi varje bidrags procentsats med den totala summan 464 poäng (som ni läsare delar ut i varje semifinal). Till exempel, om “Land A” har fått 10 procent av rösterna i en av semifinalerna får “Land A” också 10 procent av era poäng. Svårare än så är det inte!
Den andra hälften av rösterna står vi panelmedlemmar i ESC-Panelen för. Var och en av oss åtta skribenter kommer att ge poäng till tio favoritbidrag i varje semifinal. Respektive skribents vinnare får 12 poäng, tvåan 10 poäng, trean 8 poäng osv. nedåt 7-1 poäng. Summan vi delar ut i varje semifinal är lika stor som er – 464 poäng.
När all röstning är sammanställd har vi fått fram tio gemensamma vinnare i varje semifinal – de bidrag som har fått högst totalpoäng, vilka vi skickar vidare till finalen. Totalt blir det 26 bidrag som gör upp om segern i finalen då vi, förutom semifinalisterna, även lägger till “Big Five” (Frankrike, Italien, Spanien, Storbritannien och Tyskland) och värdlandet Nederländerna i startfältet.
Tie-break-regel
Om två eller fler bidrag, oavsett placering i varje semifinal, har fått hamnat på samma totalpoäng gör vi följande skiljeröstning:
I första hand hamnar bidraget som fått flest röster från er läsare överst bland dessa bidrag. Skulle ändå alla bidrag med samma totalpoäng ha fått lika många röster från er läsare räknar vi hur många av oss i panelen som gett bidraget flest röster. Om det är lika många utdelade poäng räknas antalet poängvalörer: först flest 12:or, sedan flest 10:or osv. nedåt. Skulle det trots detta fortsatt vara helt lika mellan två eller flera bidrag tar vi till en sista skiljeröstning som innebär att bidraget som har den tidigaste startpositionen i den semifinalen hamnar högst.
Datum och händelser i projektet
- 30 april: Semifinalröstningen avslutas
- 2 maj: Semifinalresultatet presenteras i Eurovision Radio Internationals sändning.
- 2 maj: Efter showen öppnar vi finalomröstningen
- 15 maj: Finalomröstningen avslutas
- 16 maj: Resultatet av finalröstningen presenteras i Eurovision Lockdown show som Eurovision Radio International sänder (för övrigt samma kväll som den riktiga Eurovision-finalen var tänkt att sändas).

Since the EBU cancelled Eurovision 2020 we will run the Unofficial Eurovision 2020. Firstly we need your help to decide which songs we are going to send to the Grand Final. Until April 30, you are allowed to vote for your favourite songs in each Semi-Final. Please follow these links and you will be pleased to know that you can vote for your own country’s song:
How does it work?
In each Semi-Final, you choose your ten favourite songs. Each song you vote for will receive 1 vote from you, which means you do not necessary put the songs in any particular order, besides that they have to be your favorite songs!
When we have closed both polls, we will convert the votes percentage to points. For example, if you have given “Country A” ten percent of the votes, that means that “Country A” will get 10 percent of the reader’s score. In this case, the reader’s total sum is 464 points in each Semi-final. This is also 50 percent of the results in each Semi-final.
The remaining 50 percent in each Semi-Final are the Jury votes, which in this project are the writers at ESC-Panelen. Each and one of us writers will give points to our ten favourite songs in each Semi-final based on the Eurovision scale: 12, 10, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, and 1 point. Overall, we also award a total sum of 464 points in each Semi-final.
The ten song in each Semi-final who have received the highest total scores from the readers and us writers (in add-up results) will get through to the Grand Final, where they will battle for the victory. Besides the 20 semi-final qualifiers we will add the Final line-up with the six pre qualified countries (France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and the United Kingdom), as well as the Host country The Netherlands. This means that we will have a total of 26 finalists!
So, if you have not cast your votes yet – it’s time to do it right now!
Tie-break rule
If two or more songs, regardless of their placement in the specific semi-final, have the same total score (after we have added the results from the readers together with us writers), then this will happen:
Firstly, the country that received most votes from the readers will finish ”ahead” of these countries.
Still, if the countries have received the exact same amount of votes, the country that received most votes from us writers at ESC-Panelen will finish ”ahead” of these countries.
After that, we will count which country that received the most 12 points, and after that the country with the most 10 points. This procedure will repete with the 8 to 1 points until at least one country had recived most of at least one points.
But, if these countries are still on the same amount of points, and nothing else separates them, the song that performed earliest in the running order will end up ”ahead” of these countries.
Schedule for the project
- April 30: The Semi-final polls will close.
- May 2: The Semi-final results will be announced in the Eurovision Radio International show.
- May 2: The Grand Final poll will open (after the show).
- May 15: The Grand Final poll will close.
- May 16: The Grand Final result will be announced in the Eurovision Lockdown show at Eurovision Radio International.
